The link for this week is probably the most useful web service I have came across in a long time. For me, I work on so many different computers with many different browsers that I never find value in trying to add bookmarks of websites into the browser because I may never be able to find the bookmark again. I would always email links to myself or write them down on paper, and that in itself was a disorganized mess. I even went as far as to write myself my own little database driven web page that I could add links to.

Needless to say I have been very happy to find a simple, organized and web-based way to manage my bookmarks. And that is what this site is. It is a central location to store a list of web links so that you can access them from anywhere. They also provide some interesting social networking features like seeing how many others bookmarked the same or what links are most popular, etc. But for me those things are secondary to just how individually useful the bookmarking service is.
