Show Processed Tasks in Inbox

 Inbox...

The Inbox is where you can both view and add tasks in a linear fashion. The idea is that you just brain dump everything that you can think of into the inbox and then come back and organize each task into projects and contexts.

NOTE: The Inbox may only show tasks that do not have a project or context (depending on your settings). All tasks with a project or context can be found under the other views. The Inbox is generally a place for unorganized tasks.
 Project View...

Project view displays tasks underneath its project.

Projects are a way of organizing related tasks in a logical way.

For example, a project could be a set of tasks related to a specific client or place (i.e. "the office" or "the garage").
 Context View...

Context view displays tasks underneath its context.

A context is a way of organizing tasks according to what a task needs in order to be completed.

For example, any tasks involving making a phone call could be given the a context of "phone". Then the next time you have a moment and a phone you will be able to see what tasks you can work on.

 Modifying a Task

To modify a task, simply double click on it. You can use the tab key to navigate between the tasks description, project and context.

You can also edit one task after another by hitting enter to move to the next task.

 Deleting a Task

To delete a task simply double click on it and then remove the description. Be careful this is a permanent removal.
