Got a Kinect at work about a month or so back and got a chance to play with the open source drivers for it. Pretty interesting technology although the Playstation Move has better detection in gaming I think. Below is a depth picture of myself from the Kinect.

Also I have to admit that I am a little shocked that Microsoft actually came up with an interesting and hackable device and have not gone to crazy about trying to squash it.
